We ship our orders within 1 business day of the payment clearing. Please allow extra time for Holidays. Orders received after 11:00am MDT will be processed the next business day.
If an item needs to be sized, engraved, or customized please allow additional time for your item to be shipped. Please contact us for time frames. Any item that is customized is non-returnable, non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled as per our Return Policy.
Some items are made to order and may take 3-5 business days to ship. Please refer to the item listing.
We offer free standard shipping in U.S. You can upgrade the shipping to Priority or Express at checkout for an additional fee. Orders that are being shipped to locations outside of the U.S. may be delayed by Custom’s Inspections, and are subject to the destination country’s policies and restrictions on international orders. Buyer pays duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
All packages are shipped with tracking and you will receive the tracking number when the package has been processed. A signature maybe required on packages over $250.00. In cases where tracking shows that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, we are not liable.
